View Subscription

The view subscription function of the admin panel allows administrators to view key details about a particular subscription. The view subscription function is divided into multiple tabs which includes a number of subset data points for ease of access to important information associated with the selected subscription. Below describes the tabs and data points contained within.

Subscription Details

Gives an overview of details associated with the subscription, this includes

Subscription Details

  • Name - Name of the audience member that the subscription is associated with, clicking the name will show the user details.
  • Subscription ID - The unique ID associated with the subscription to which invoices are linked to
  • Plan - The name of the plan the subscription is based on
  • Default Payment Method - The selected default payment method that is used to capture invoices generated from the subscription automatically
  • First Payment Amount - The total paid on the first invoice, includes the one time fees and recurring fees where applicable
  • Recurring Payment Amount - The amount charged to the subscriber on the basis of the billing cycle
  • Billing Cycle - How often the user is charged the recurring payment amount (if applicable)
  • Start Date - The date that the subscription was started
  • End Date- The date that the subscription is scheduled to end and the content is owned (if applicable)
  • Last Payment Date - The date the last payment was received for an invoice associated with this subscription
  • Next Due Date - The next due date associated with this subscription (if applicable)
  • Next Renewal Date - The next date that this subscription is scheduled for renewal
  • Current Billing Cycle - How many billing cycles have passed since the start of this subscription
  • End Charged After Billing Cycle - What billing cycle number that charges end and the content associated with the subscription becomes owned (if applicable)
  • Is Subscription Suspended? - If the subscription is suspended or not due to an overdue invoice associated with the subscription
  • Is Subscription Cancelled - If the subscription has been cancelled and is no longer being actively billed or used by the audience member

Subscription Analytics

This provides a quick overview of invoices associated with the subscription. Each item under this section is covered under their respective tabs in the following entries of this page.

Outstanding Invoices

Lists invoices that have been generated but not yet paid by the client but excludes any invoices that are overdue. The following data points are listed under this tab:

  • Member - Name of the member the invoice is associated with and a link to view the user
  • Create Date - The date the invoice was generated
  • Amount - The total amount the invoice is for
  • Due Date - When the invoice is due. Payments made after this date are considered late.
  • Date Paid In Full - The date when the invoice was paid in full (if applicable)
  • View - View the invoice

Overdue Invoices

Lists invoices that have been generated, have not yet been paid in full, and are past their respective due dates.

  • Member - Name of the member the invoice is associated with and a link to view the user
  • Create Date - The date the invoice was generated
  • Amount - The total amount the invoice is for
  • Due Date - When the invoice is due. Payments made after this date are considered late.
  • Date Paid In Full - The date when the invoice was paid in full (if applicable)
  • View - View the invoice

Cancelled Invoices

Lists invoices that have been cancelled, either due to subscription cancellation or by cancellation on an administrators part.

  • Member - Name of the member the invoice is associated with and a link to view the user
  • Create Date - The date the invoice was generated
  • Amount - The total amount the invoice is for
  • Due Date - When the invoice is due. Payments made after this date are considered late.
  • Date Paid In Full - The date when the invoice was paid in full (if applicable)

Paid Invoices

Lists invoices that have been paid in full

  • Member - Name of the member the invoice is associated with and a link to view the user
  • Create Date - The date the invoice was generated
  • Amount - The total amount the invoice is for
  • Due Date - When the invoice is due. Payments made after this date are considered late.
  • Date Paid In Full - The date when the invoice was paid in full (if applicable)
  • View - View the invoice

Refunded Invoices

Lists invoices that have been refunded by an administrator

  • Member - Name of the member the invoice is associated with and a link to view the user
  • Create Date - The date the invoice was generated
  • Amount - The total amount the invoice is for
  • Due Date - When the invoice is due. Payments made after this date are considered late.
  • Date Paid In Full - The date when the invoice was paid in full (if applicable)
  • View - View the invoice

Disputed Invoices

Lists invoices that have been paid but subsequently a dispute was opened by the subscriber resulting in an account deficiency. 

  • Member - Name of the member the invoice is associated with and a link to view the user
  • Create Date - The date the invoice was generated
  • Amount - The total amount the invoice is for
  • Due Date - When the invoice is due. Payments made after this date are considered late.
  • Date Paid In Full - The date when the invoice was paid in full (if applicable)
  • View - View the invoice
